Parking: There is ample parking on the street. Topaz side of street is the entrance to the clinic space. Please enjoy the garden for 5 minute prior to appointment time, if you are early.

I have been an RMT in beautiful Victoria, BC, since 2013, graduating from WCCMT’s 3000hr program.

Using a toolbox of modalities I have a special interest in Myofascial Release, Active Release, and Relaxation elements while taking your well-being into focus. I will be an advocate for your health and will work with you to create a home care plan that fits your lifestyle. Over the past decade, I have been fortunate to have worked with some of the most outstanding practitioners in the city and will refer you, if necessary.

I love continuing education, anatomy, assessments, and the human body, and I will teach you along the way. I have a special focus on dysfunction of the jaw, headaches, fascia, and stress and its effects on the body.

This is an inclusive space, in the Quadra Hillside neighborhood, on the traditional territory of the Lkwungen (Lekwungen) People.
